WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN WEIGHT-LOSS AND A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE?
Although I have addressed this in a post on my Instagram page @fitlifegenie. Weight-loss is attained by altering your eating habit and/if active exercises temporarily to promote a certain outcome within targeted period of time. This process sometimes often involves drastic measures and can provide drastic positive results but how do you sustain the new you so you don’t regain all the shed weight the moment you stop the programme?
Healthy lifestyle on the other hand is not bound to targeted time, but also involves altering of eating habits and/if already exists, exercises and basically what you do generally and how you do them. There is a lot more to this process, and even though the process might appear slow, there is consistency in your progress and sustainability is fantastic once you get a hang of it.

DO I NEED TO PURCHASE ANY EQUIPMENT FOR YOUR PROGRAMMES?
Unless you have never taken any interest into getting fit or exercising, there’s very little you will need to get your hands on if you don’t already have them. Most of my workout are done from home and don’t require much equipment, hence the reason for my new 6 weeks homemade body challenge. The basic equipment you’ll need are, dumbbell (2kg to 10kg) depending on your strength, a yoga mat, resistance band, and importantly, a water bottle.
