HOW IT WORKS

After you purchase the challenge, you will receive your Welcome Package.

Education material, Exercise guide and Nutrition plan will be emailed within the week starting  4th of March. Furthermore, you’ll receive an email at the start of every week containing the workouts for that week. Each workout will include a warm up and cool down.
